SAN AMTQNIO REGISTER PAGE THREE SPORTS PAGE FRIDAY - SATURDAY SPECIAL S WILEY MAY NOT MEET TUSKEGEEIN DALLAS FOR CHAMPIONSHIP By SNAKE WALLIS Marshall, Tex.—It is very unlikely that the Tuskegee Tigers and the Wiley Wildcats, the only undefeated and un- tied teams in Colored intercollegiate circles in the nation, will meet this fall. The Alabama eleven is already scheduled to meet the Prairie View Panthers in Houston on New Year's day, and it ii doubtful if the man- agement at Prairie View would look very kindly upon a (fame in Texas on December 10 with the team the ha* scheduled for u feature attrac- tion for her annual New Year's game. Whether or not the leading con- tenders for national honors meet this year, the followers of the Wildcats will always boast of their national champions of 1932, and will have plenty upon which to base their claim. Their season's record is as follows: Wiley 36, Houston Junior College 0; Wiley 13, Prairie View 0; Wiley 6,...

WILDCATS CRUSH DRAGONS 69-0 Wildcats Furnish Thrills Galore for Fans as They Exhibit Perfect Blocking and Aerial Attacks; Patterson's 80 Yard Return of Punt Thriller. Saturday, December 3, at Van Daele Stadium, grid fans were able to gaze upon Coach Long's mighty football team, when the Wiley Wildcats smothered the Samuel Huston Dragons, 69-0. Coach Dalton's men did not know where the ball was half of the time. The Dragons are a woefully weak team. Samuel Huston kicked to Wiley and they immediately started a march down the field, pushing aside would-be Dragon Tacklers, bring- ing the ball in scoring position where "Packing House" Adams registered the first score, in less than fire minutes. A completed pass accounted for the extra point. This started the pot to "boiling" for af...
