Thoro was a full attendance of the trade, both outside ancl local, and throughout the market was brisk, at fully last week's rates. Prime beef made 32a Gil per 1001b; good, ! from 25s to 30s. I THE AMERICAN WOOL MARKET./ ! Messrs. Coated Bros, report (Philadelphia, April J):—There has been very little change in values of- tbo different grades of wool for several weeks, oiul our quotations for April vary hut little from those of our March issue. The demand has been moderate, with but little speculative fceliug and little buying ahead of immediate wants. The stock of nil kinds is very small for this time of year, medium grades and combing wools being almost out of stock, .while coarse and line grades arc more abundant, but not iu large supply, audbub little inquired lor. The depression in general trado, so often alluded to during (ho past year, still continues, and to it mamly wo uiust ascribe the present condition of the wool market, though the smnllncss of tho supply 011 hand for some time past lias prevented a decline iu tho value of wool which would otherwise have occurred.
