William Ilunt, complainant : Charles .Hcegcr, Henry Heegcr, Peter Bapponbakcr, Georgo Polon, and Patrick Matthews, defen dants. This was a case of trospass. Tbo facte aro as follows:— On tbo last Saturday in August tho com plainant pegged out a portion of Sbcep Station Creek, placing his lower peg about 20 yards abovo the original peg of tho defendant, situate in Bell's Creole, close to tho junction of that Creek with Sheep Station Creek.
