We should evaluate its decisions' both in accepting and in rejecting some of the numerous ideas that have been presented to it for action_, this year. Editorial (ooiat*d)t_^ Furthermorestudent council has failed to use the activity fee as a stimulus in aiding the _growth of the clubs have in the campus. Instead, by refusing {Justified requests and unjustifiably ?:educing budget estimates _? it has actully stifled some of the _intreat students have shown in the C'hor-us _, the College Arts Society, and the German Club. _Miy the students who joined the German .Club couldn't receive .an appropriation equal to 20 dollars (less, than ten cents fromthe 7.50 contributed by the students) is a question that has been far from adequately answered. Lastly, _Council has refused to refund the transportation costs of the students who went to Hershey to see the opera 'La Bohme 1 in spite of the fact that is sponsoring the football trip.
