KICKS SOLICITED . The Courier Management Wishes Subscribers to Complain When Badly Served . The Courier management supposes that everybody who subscribes for the paper gets it , unless - we hear to the contrary from the subscriber . When a name is given us , we give the order to the carrier , and unless complaint is made we have to means of knowing that the carrier is not doing his duty . No paper will ever be stopped by the oltice for any cause without due notification , so if you do not get your paper , you will know it is the carrier s fault , and you will lay the management under obligations if you will make complaint promptly to the office . You need not come to the office ; telephone us from anywhere , and we will see to it that you get good service .
