To carry this determination into effect, we have placed our whole city list in the hands of Mr. JOHN JACK SON, long connected with our Office as Clerk, who-will make the collections, and also attend to the delivery of the Papers, and see that subscribers are served punctually.- "We hope this arrangement will be satisfactory to all parties. These who may desire to save them selves the necessity of making four payments during the year, can, if they prefer it, pay in advance for the whole year.
