Havana, May 12. Col. Scgura re ports having had an engagement with a largo rebel forco near Ciencguita, a short distance from Rcmcdios, in which the .insurgents lost 11 killed. The reb els retreated and were followed by tho troops. Tho latter, in their pursuit, met another forco of 1,G00 insurgents under command of Carrillo. ' After two hours' fighting tho rebels wcro dislodged from tho strong position occupied by them. They left 10 dead on tho field.
