The following id a synop sis of the information : In the British reports we have refer red to we find details nod thorough in formation as to the condition of the la boring classes in the counties of Europe, as well as in a large portiou of Am aud North and South America. The s'atis tics os to the wages and hours ot labor are of great interest. In Austria the average wages of tie agricultural laborer are reported as only twenty to thirty doitars a year.
