THE Werribee Shire Hinner. W1i IIER.[I1E TIIURSDAY, FE1RI. 15. A STRIKE has taken place on the leading Labor paper in the Com monwealth, viz. " The Worker," and the proprietors, although they favor strikes, don't like it when one occurs in their office. The men want to be paid union rates. "They are nothing but a lot of bushrangers," Mr. Spence, M.P. (president of the A.W.U.), said yesterday, referring to the literary staff of the "Worker" and their ultimatum. "They are I a most unfair body of men, and they'make me feel that it is no I wonder that employers complain sometimes about the coercive tactics of employes.
