PUBLISHED FRIDAY MORNINGS. ---------------- -~-- ---------- i FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 1894. THERE is undoubtedly .an ur- - gent necessity for the appoint- i ment of one or more gentlemen ' as Justices of the Peace in Healesville. This fact was conspicuously'apparent at a re cent sitting of the local court of Petty Sessions, when a some whiat important case was to be heard, and which :necessitated the presence of two justices on the Bench. Green, put in an appearance shortly after that time, every one was kept in aggravating suspense -till late in rthe- after noon waiting for the presence of Dr. Kilpatiick Ji-P., ;froin Lilydale. Surely this state of things should be remedied, and the remedy is so simple of ac complishment, that- one would think the matter jonly. required placing before the authorities to ...
