DEATH IN THE HOSPITAL. A patient named Charles Murphy,Tiüecl 67. died in the hospital early yesterday, morning. Deceased was an old age pensioner, who liad the misfortune to break his leg badly near the ankle about a month ago when returnim? to his hut at North Goulburri, after having his pension granted. He was in the hut for two days with the limb broken before he was discovered. He was then taken to the hos. pital and the limb was set. Gangrene super vened, and it was necessary to amputate the leg above the knee. This was done at the beginning of last week, aiid Murphy pro. grassed favorably for a time, but the shock to tmrsystem proved too great, and he died as above stated.
