Hall ) Due to the fact that the old Constitution of the Council was lost last year , there have been disputes and _contentioas as to the _eligi’bihit y of students participating in the Intra-mural sports . The Council appointed a committee . known as the ‘ Constitution Committee , to draw up a new constitution , by which all sports and all the meetings of the organization are to be governe _dl .
