FAVOR ADMISSION Trans-Mississippi Congress, in Session at Omaha, Favors Admission of Three Territories. NEW MEXICO, UTAH, ARIZONA This Topic Consumes the Whole of the First Day's Session-Ad dress of Welcome. By Associated Press. OMAHA, Nov. 23.-The Trans-Missi. sippi congress met here today. The re sponse to Gov. iiolcomb's welcoming ad dress by Gov. L. Bradford Prince of New Mexico was the feature of the closing af ternoon session. The speaker spoke elo quently of the versitility of the country which extended from the level prairies to the foot-hills of mountains filled with vast mineral wealth. From 6 to 7:30 p. m. a public reception was tendered the delegates at the City ball and the evening session of the body opened with a discussion of statehood for the territories by Gov, Prince of New Mexico in which he pleaded for the im mediate admission of New Mexico, Utah and Arizona.
