FAIR ASSN MET There was a meeting of the Wash- ington County Fair Association in the District Court room of the Co. court house Friday evening and a good number in attendance, dc.pte the other attractions. The meeting had been called by President A. Wangemann for the purpose of outlining plans for the holding of the fair of 1913 and with the intention of making an early start so as to make it ;i success in every way. Just before the meeting was (ail- ed to order stock certificates were issued by Secretary Dever to those who had bought stock in the Fair Association last year. A. Wangemann then called the meeting to order and made a brief ad dress saying that it was the first meeting that had been held Ly the stockholders since last year just af- ter the fair. The report of t'ne fair of last year was then read by Secretary Dever and the report show ed that the fair had lost about $300 but that when it was taken into consideration the ma...
