Skilling-?T Pow for complain.^,t,, MIi ,'Donnoll for defendnnt:' Complainant sued defendant for £3 3s, for worl and labour done. It appartel the work wasn done for hir Skilling's sister, who compllined of it not being done properly, and refunsd to pay until it wnas. For the defendant Mr iMDonnell argueh that as Skilling was not the principal, but his sister, who kept a sepa?orto and distinct establishment, the wrong person had been sued, ani the case must be dismissed.'
