This Court conrened on Monday and the cues being at onco taken up, Judge Buokhardt sustained the motions to quash tho indictments. We understand tlm Judge declared himself bound by thu decision of the State Supremo Court, yet plainly intimated the belief that tho oath was unconstitutional.
