The elections throughout ihe State, last Monday, excited but little interest, and the vote gen erally was rery light. The Liquor insterests m Cleve land voted with the Republicans and carried that city. A Repub lican or Liquor victory, as may be most agreeable to the victors to call it. In Toledo, the Irish and Ger mans quarreled, and voting against each other, allowed the Hepabllcans to elect the ticket. The Republicans carried Colum bus by from one to fiv hundred 'majority, a loss en the vote of j. last spring. Cincinnati remains Democratic br afbont th usuil majorities, showing the great strength of the party in the Queen City when " the clamor was made by Repub licans that the riot was the fault of the Democratic officials.
