The following additional particulars of the fall of Plevna have been received: At '9:30 on the morning of the 10th Osman Pasha' entlro army attacked the Russian Grenadier Corps holding the line of Invest ment on the left bank of the River Yid, en deavoring to force a passage. Tlio attack was made with desperate en ergy! and a portion of . the Turkish troops did in fact penetrate the line of entrenchments and batteries; but all attempts to break through the positions of the Grenadiers were ineffectual.
