Head* next .night, and got through early next morning, and made the land of Hunter's Island after a passage of tao days. Court of Requests Cooma. This Court was held in Monday last, before     Messrs. Dawson, Merryweather, and Montague, J.P.'s. There were thirteen cases on the list for hearing, but several were settled out of Court, and of those called on and adjudicated upon none pos- sess any features of importance. We append the cases heard and results: — Tuckwell v. Flynn, a very paltry case to recover £1 12s 6d, alleged to be due for 16 days ploughing and thrashing; case   dismissed. Ward v. Hill to recover £l on a pro.   note; verdict for the plaintiff with 14s 6d costs. Byrom v. Robertson to recover £1 15s tor breaking a horse and pound fees; Byrom undertook to   break Mrs. Robertson a horse for £1 10s which he alleged he had done, but which Mrs. Robertson denied; verdict for plaintiff for £1 10s, Mrs.   Robertson to pay the 5s pound fees, and Byrom to get some female to ride the horse with a skirt before the money is...
