Sir,-Consequent to the magnificent success of the recent Charity Carnival our Hospital has been enriched to the amount of £220. According to the balance sheet over £88 of that amount was obtained through raffles, money which I presume Mr. Cuthbert would call "dirty money." It will now be very interesting to watch if Mr. Cuth berth will remain on the Hospital Committee to assist in the handling of that "dirty money." Yours, etc., TWO-UP.
