Daring Rebel Raid into Fairfax Court House. Washington, March 9,1863—information has been _receited here that Captain Mosely, with W command, stealthily entered Fairfax Court House this morning, at two o'clock, and captured the Provost Marshal, O'Scanner, his 'patrol, a number of horses, Ac, together with General Stoughton, and all the men detached from his brigade. They also took every horse which could be found, public and private. The commanding officer of the post was also taken _prisoner. Colonel Johnston,'of the Fifth New York Cavalry, made his escape.
