Loden, n local atorney, which indictment charged that Loden bought land tho title to which was la contro versy, was returned by tho Juno Grand Jury. In tho defendant's petition to quash tho indictment it was alleged that there was no evldonco betoro tho Grand Jury which warranted tho re turning of tho indictment, and several witnesses examined by tho Jury as woll as members of tho jury tfaeni solves wcro examined.
