Johnstown, I'a.. Ap-il 16.—A Ger- man farmer named Albert Zitman. living a few mile from this city, has been lodged in jail here charged with inhuman cruelty to Fritz lilom- blazbuck, aged 80 years. The latter was given food and shelter by Zitman a few mouths and in payment did such work as his hmilth permitted. Last Saturday Zitman arove into town with produce and dropped into a physi- cian's office, stating tnat he believed ttlomblavtbuuk was about dead. Dr. George Martin hastily drove out to the place and found a fearful con- dition of affairs. The old Ger- man lay face down on some straw in a cold room, stone dead.
