We are disposed to think It will prove favourable in ill operation, yet we cannot altogether remove from our mind, (he probability, I.hat might ?ometimei will be exercised against right. The 3rd clauso affords the opportunity— ?? If the neighbour refusal or wbolbcts to nominate an Arbitrator, the Arbitrator of the parly giving tht notice, thall be the mole Arbitrator for both parties.'
