PROTECTING FORESHORE TREES CHILDREN'S CO-OPERATION SOUGHT BY COUNCIL After the Engineer had report ed that 1600. ti-trees had been planted on the Firankston'fore shore, between the pier and Pic nic Point, Cr. Fowler suggested that the Council should approach the various school headmasters with a request that the children be addressed on the point'of tak ing an interest in the .trees, and their protection. The suggestion was ,adopted, and Cr. Fowler agreed to inter view the headmasters.
