London. 11.-Despatches from Versailles say the three formidable breaching batteries mounted on the slope of Mount Valezien, have opened fire on the ram parts of tl:e Antcuil quarter. The Government troops are all ready to storm the city. All attacks froze the Versailles troops on Friday and Saturday were repulsed. M. Pyatt proposed in the commune laws for the taxation of bachelors and the abolition of the confessional. There was heavy fighting yes terday on the west and south-west. The Central Committee has ordered all persons to return to their demiciles within 48 hours on pain of fordttrs of rents standing in their names. Paris, p. im., 21.- The Federalists have abandoned their position at Malakoff, petit Vanvres and granl Montrouge. Berlin, 1.--The triumphal entry of the army and lnoagurution of the equestrian statue of King Freder Ick William III. took place to-day in exact accordance with the programme giveJ in the Imperial procam.a tlon of the 13th inst. The weather was mot favor able, and the streets were crowded with people who had been thronging hither for the past tortniaft. The streets on the lime of march were superbly decorated and in the public square triumphal a rces were erected to accommodate the thousands of rpectaors.
