The Act to regulate the receiving, the custody mid the pnying out of Government monies, being unfinished business, was token up and considered in committee of the whole, the Hon. J. M. Kapeua in the chair. Section 17 being read, a, very lengthy discussion arose among the menibcs which occupied the House all ttio morning, and at 12 o'clock, the motion to indefinite ly postpone was put and lost, the Section then was passed with nn amendment making it Section 1G.
