V Knoxville, Tenn., June 27, 1866, V Wii-u" Concert. Last week the Baptist church was crowded by the lovers of music, to hear the annual concert of Mrs. Wicks. The room was ttefullv deeoratod with flowers and evergreens and the skill and taste displayed in the adornment of th room led us to hope for equal skill and taste in tbe music. We were not disappointed. At the appointed time a bevy of the blushing beauties of Knoxville appeared on the platform. The color danced on their faces, and many little hearts fluttered terribly at standing up in full sight of the large au dience. 2s ow and then a timid eye would steal down mnong the audience, and the sight of smiling friends seemed to give assurance. The first Chorus was a lively, rpirited piece, was well received, and served to put the young ladies more at their ease.
