PROPOSALS FOR TOCUMWAL The local Progress Association at its last meeting appointed a sub committee to take iu baud, ou be half of the geueral public,- the mat ter of preparing a programme for the forthcoming declaration of Peace. The committee met at the Mechanics' Institute on Wednesday evening (Mr W.
