European Cables. TB? SUBMARINB OABLBI-^ (FROM OUIt OWN CORRESPONDENT.) London, December 8. The result of the meeting of the Irish party held at Cork last night to determine the position of the party in connection with the Gladstone-Parnell dispute, was decidedly in favour of Par nell.
