Stephens in aid of the Bangalow Show Ball funds on Monday night, was not patronised as well as hoped for. Tho organisers had gone to consid erable trouble in arranging an attrac tive programme, and the, public were assured of an enjoyable entertainment. However, those who did attend had a happy time.

It was decided to arrange a social for Monday, 1st June, 1930. Arrange | ments wero left in the hands of the secretary. Members continue to work oh their aprons for their stall at the forth coming bazaar. BRUNSWICK HEADS INFLUX OF VISITORS. This favourite resort is full of visit ors and will be for the next few weeks. There is not a cottage available at present on the frontages, and only one on south side. Thirty-four visitors came off the Sydney train on Monday night and other Sydney families arc arriving daily, as well as visitors from other | centres. Sydney visitors appreciate very much the excellent black fish grounds, and are securing good hauls also of whiting, bream, flatliead, with some tailer. The nets have s cured big hauls of sea mullet. Last week end saw a large number of visitors, restaurants reported hav ing sold out of nearly all eatables by Sunday night. Next Monday being a holiday in Queensland, the week-end will see a good many visitors from Brisbane. There have been a good many camp qrs about. ^ ... -; Mr. F.
