I Judge Snarkeyit) isi understood, has about given up all hojie of getting an injunction against anybody under the military reconstruction law. He says that the ruling of the cburtlast Monday virtually goes to the extent of deciding that officers acting in obedience to executive orders are shielded by the executive prerogatives, and can no more be touched than Mr. Johnson himself.
