Chicago , May 4 . —The recent rains and cold weather all over the south are still having their effect on this market . In the way of shortage of supplies and inferior quality of southern vegetables and berries . To make matters worse the weather here has been the coldest for many years at this time of the year , which restricts trading in this line to a minimum . Minneapolis , May 0 . —The chief topic of interest the past few days has been the sharp decline on butter .
