C.aiul Logan Juniors Wednesday afternoon was not such a glorious engagement as the battle of Manila Hay, but the defeat administered to th" .luniors was as decisive as that deal out to Admiral Montejo. The Juniors pre- sentcd a bold front at the beginning Vn of the engagement, and to a spectator who knew little of the makeup of lighting vessels it seemed as though the line-up was of llrst-class armored battleships, but alas! after firing three broadsides, the Juniors let It be known that their battle front was all a bluff and that they were In reality old leaky tubs ready to sink.
