CORONA NOTES. School is running along nicely since the scarlet fever died out. The attendance at present is about seventy five, and a good interest is manifested by all. If the students continue to fall in line as fast as they have for the last two weeks a third teacher will be necessary. When Corona gets its new school building there will be plenty of room for all pupils. It will be one of the most oomo dious school buildings in the county. OSCURA NOTIIS. Murray and Lcasurc, two min ing' men from the Mocking Bird Gup country, were in Oscuro this week. Mrs. J. V. Edwards left last Saturday for Maricopa, Arizona, on a three weeks visit. W. R. Bcaty has begun the erection of a building in which, when completed, he will conduct a thirst parlor. The walls of the Ash ford are up and the building' will soon be ready for occupancy. Mr. Ash ford will conduct a store in con nection with the postoflicc in the building. Robert Cox and family have moved back to Osr.uro from the Oscuro Mountain country.
