S.-An important addi tion to the proceedings of the United { States court of yesterday in the case of the Farmers' Loan and Trust company vs. the Northern Pacific Railroad com pany occurred this morning when Judge Cullen, for the old receivers, asked the court to reconsider and reverse its order of the removal of the old receivers and in lieu of this order accept their resigna- ] tion.
