THE OTTAWA FREE TRADER. Drslrai'ive Fire al Quebec. The city of Quebec, was at noon on Wednesday visile J by an awful confla gration, laying upward of one-third of the city in ashes. The fire commenced in a tannery at the foot of Cote d' Abra ham in the suburb of St. Itoch, destroy ed several adjoining buildings, mounted the hill into St. John's suburb, in an easterly direction. At 3 in the afternoon the flames had reached St. Charles street and St.' Paul's .Market.
