The cause ol the Cre is quite a mjstcry, as no Arc had been in the building for some hours. A. M. King of Tunbridge lost a ram from bis flock on the ICth of Sept. which ran away, dragging a chain after him ; on the l.th of October, the ram was found in a neighbor's pasture where he used to bo kept, caught by the chain under a log. hav ing had nothing but the bark of the log to feed on for 20 day?, and reduced from 150 pounds weight to SO.
