MORNING LEADER. FUBLUUiKD BV E. COWLES & CO. THTRs.lAV MORS1NC. SEPT. 16, Ninth Annual Ohio State Fair. SECOND DAY. September 15th was the first People." Day oftheSlaieFair. The attendance vaa large, but the Ground and Hall, were ample for all. The morning Lake Shore train took up Three Thoosatl personi, and under the personal di rection of Superintendent Phillip and Con ductor Thobas, with comfort and without ac cident. The trains into Sandusky from the West and South were alio immense. The first one ia on the Sandusky and Mansfield Road was made up of over sixty car, all alive with peoples. At an early hour the Fair Grounds presented a gay and animated appearance, and by noon the multitudinous show of intelligent, well dressed, well behaved, and well to do Men and Women, justly the pride and glory of the State, constituted ihc crowning feature of the Fair.
