Watkins, jives an interesting account ol this gigantic plantation, whicli throws the great Dalrymplo farm in Dakota into the Bhade completely. The million and half acres of our tract, Mr. Wat- kins said was purchased In 1883 from the state of Louisiana, and from tho United Statos government.
