Police Court THURSDAY, 28U1 JUNE, 1906. (Before F. H. Galbraith, Esq., P.M., nnd A. H. Jeffreys, Esq., J.P.) H. A. Wateon (as agent fpr E. Clear) v. Robt. Scott; clandestinely removiug furni ture with intent to prevent distress. Plea, not guilty. After hearing evidence, the case, with the consent of the defendant, was ad journed to the 26th July. ? For riotous behaviour at the Commercial us, and for using indecent language, the same defendant was fined 203 and costs 63. Fines paid. Dan. Uoidy nnd M. Fitzgerald pleaded guilty to being unlawfully on the premises of the Delegate Hotel, and were each fined ios and co3toG3. Three first offenders then faced the music for riotous behaviour on the football ground on the 23rd inst., and were each fined 103 and costs 63. Several Small Debts Court cases were struck out, and oue was continued to next court day, the summons not beiujj served.
