TO TOE EDITOR OF THE OIPPSLAND TIMES. Sin,-May I ask you what is the mat ter with the Stratford Bridge? On going to Church on Sunday I foumd it was all :uncovered and ihipassable. I believe I am right in siying that it is not two years since this bridge was certified by the Government engileer as lieing completed according to contract, and I am sure that no part of the contract ill cluded the building being constructed of unsound timber.
