The_ total revenue for the quarter ending? i30tli September, 1860, was £780,689,' showing a decrcase.or £163,094 coin pared with the corresponding ; quarter pt 1859. This decrease was-principally ia thc customs' and land revenue,' the decrease in the former, amounting to £56,891, and in the latter to £126, 871. Some few items of : revenue showed an increase.
