JAN . 7 . —Secretary Martin of the National Live Stock Association captured the Kansas Improved Stock Breeders Association adding Its 300 membership to the organisation he represents today . His invitation to join mot prompt response and no opposition . Mr . Martin told of the necessity ot united action in securing federal legislation . In turn he attacked the propositions to resume the tariff on hides and wool and insisted that the welfare of the live stock Interests of the country demanded extension ot the duty to all classes of hides .
