The building is on Dunlop street, a few hundred yards east of Commerce, and near the river. The work of ditching and laving pipe is going on every day, under the supervision of Mr. White, one of the contractors. lie commenced on Commerce street, neat Front or water, and went up Commerce to Second, down 2nd to the Square, around the Square, and is now going tip Strawberry Alley.
