Kemp, editor and proprietor of the Amona Range News. The first news of the deplorable ac cident which came to Phoenix was received yesterday by Ter ritorial Secretary Nichols in a letter from Willcox. It contain ed few details of the shooting. Mrs. Snow had called on Mrs Kemp and the ladies were sitting at a table in the diningrootn about 9 o'clock in the morning. Mr. Kemp was in the room engaged in cleaning a shotgun, which in some way was exploded, the charge taking off the top of the head of Mrs. Snow. Mrs. Snow was the wife of Warren Snow, the constable of Willcox precinct and had lived in that town for several years.
