ftjeltemarckSribime. Bismarck, D. T., Jan. 15, 1878. Hailmaae a morning Democratic daily. Kail made the Dispatch and recently made the Re publican office holders buy out what stock he had lett in it—nine thousand dollars worth. lie has purchased the as sociated press franchise that belonged to the old Pioneer and is undoubtedly in trim to begin a live paper. It's a chance, however, and will decide Hall's financial fate. We know he can if any man can in Minnesota. But can any man build up a newspaper that will live in a field so well occupied As a newspaper the P-P is all sufficient, and the solemn con undrum then arises, will Hall's ability ''to raise hell" and sell Democratic newspa pers force the morning Globe to a paying point? 'If he makes it pay Hall is o. k. if he fails, "Hall's busted." Hall is a rousing newspaper man of the New York Sun type and we hope his effort will be a signal success. He has many advantages in the way of issuing a paper at the small est cost He can...
