PROOEEDING3S -OF THE POLICE JURY -OF St. Tammany Parish. Covrtso.v, LA., July 5,1880. T'he Police Jury met at the Court house on the atove date, all the members being present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. The President thten appointed Meaprs. A. Cousin, Chas. Aubry and Panl Dulion, as a committee to ex amine all evidences of indebtedness against the parish, issued prior to January 1, 1879, with instructions to indiorse them as 'vaid," "iuval id" or "prescribed," as the case may be, and to keep a record of the same, giving the number of the war rant, the amount, and the names of the persons presenting them.
