The Democratic Couneilmanic Convention for the Twelvth Council district, composed of the counties of Chaves, Roosevelt and Eddy met at Portales lust Tuesday. Full delegation were present from Roosevelt and Chaves, while Eddy was repre sented by C. It. Brice, W. G. Woerner, J. VV. Armstrong, J. B. Robert and J. I). Whelan.
