iGKicnrrmiL. Ihnininti Hover Pots. An experienced gardener, who growg hundred of thou sands or pot plants w iltiont drainage writes to tins effect in an exchange The question of drainage U not whether plants require it or not; we all agree on that. But the question is in what way the water passe from the pot; whether from the bottom or whether from the sides. We who advocate that the prac tice of crocking pots is useless, claim that nine-tenths of the escape of inoi ture is from sides; they m ho practice "bottom drainage," would signify by so doing, that in their opinion the escape of water is mainly from the bottom.
